NorLevo offers help when a contraceptive accident occurs.
A contraceptive accident or forgetting to use protection can be a nerve-wracking experience.
Easy-to-administer NorLevo was designed with this in mind. NorLevo can be taken when you need it – at any point during your menstrual cycle.

NorLevo - Proven effectiveness
When used correctly, NorLevo can help prevent 95% of expected pregnancies if you take the pill within 24 hours of unprotected sex. Eighty-five percent of expected pregnancies are prevented if NorLevo is taken within 24 to 48 hours and 58% are prevented if it is taken within 48 to 72 hours.
Take NorLevo as directed – timing is important!
NorLevo may prevent pregnancy if the two tablets are taken together within 72 hours and preferably within 12 hours, after a contraceptive accident.
Do not delay!
You should not delay starting treatment. NorLevo is more effective the sooner you start taking the tablets after a contraceptive accident.
Important:
If more than 72 hours have passed since a contraceptive accident, it is important to keep in mind that NorLevo effectiveness after 72 hours is unknown. See your healthcare provider as soon as possible to discuss other options.
NorLevo is for emergency situations.
NorLevo does not replace regular contraception. You must abstain from sex or use another barrier method of birth control until your next normal period to make sure you do not get pregnant. There are no reported drug interactions between NorLevo and birth control pills.
